Yes, every pair sold on Sneex undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process by our expert authentication team to ensure 100% legitimacy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with the security tags still attached.
How do I know which size to order?
Most of our sneakers fit true to size, but we provide a detailed size guide on every product page to help you find the perfect fit between US, UK, and EU sizing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna and Affirm.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After that window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
